How to make Ratatouille and Ratatouille Pizza

finished dish ready to eat (2)

Jerry and I shot this video “How to Make Ratatouille and Ratatouille Pizza” on January 14, 2014 three days before he passed away. That day was like any other day.  We setup the video camera, did a couple of tests shots, we laughed at the bloopers and there were a lot of them before we started!  Jerry whipped up a batch of his legendary margaritas (that is probably why there were so many bloopers) and we starting shooting our video. Jerry and I loved Ratatouille.  We enjoyed coming up with different ways to incorporate this savory vegetable dish into other recipes. Ratatouille makes a great side dish and it is delicious on pizza. On the second video I tossed it with some whole wheat pasta, more sautéed veggies and herbs – it was awesome. Your family will truly enjoy these recipes…….especially the pizza!  Here’s the link for “Whole Wheat Pasta Tossed with Ratatouille http://youtu.be/C-0lAFE5nDY. This was the last video Jerry and I made – it made me cry and laugh at the same time.  That was another one of those “Grieving While LOL” moments. These days I have a lot of those moments. I remember that day and thank GOD I have this video to remind me of the fun Jerry and I had on January 14, 2014. Hope you enjoy watching this video because we had a great time making it!
