Smoked Pork Burnt Ends with Jack Daniels Glaze

Yesterday I took a chance and uncovered my smoker.  The weather station was predicting a 50/50% chance of rain that never happened.  Great for me because I was able to fire up my smoker and cook up a batch of some good stuff.  I smoked; Pork Burnt Ends with Jack Daniels Glaze/Dipping Sauce, a whole chicken and some Jalapeno Poppers (the cook’s treats!)  Everything turned out amazingly tasty and I did it without getting rained out!  Here’s step-by-step of my smoking process.  Posted on http://www.smokingmeatforums.com.  Happy Sunday everyone – Be Blessed.  Josie

Thank you so much for these cooking tips. I have to go light on the calories but your lime icecubes and others make a lot of good fit. Thanks again.
