Chicken Lollipops ~ Smoked, Glazed and Delicious!

Today was a good day.  Spent most of the day out on my patio watching the hummingbirds and smoking up some good stuff.  Here’s something I smoked for the first time “Smoked Chicken Lollipops”.  Here’s my Q-view!

    They not only look good, they taste great. Just the right amount of spice, not to sweet and the smoke just blends it all together.

      I should make some more of these for our next “girls day on the patio”. We have to wait until Evelyn gets back in town :o)
