Tuesday Green Drink – SuperBoost!

Today was my gym day so I knew lots of energy would be needed to get me through the day.  Lynne R. here’s my Tuesday Green Drink – SuperBoost recipe.  You’re going to love this one!

Green drink 10-28-14

Tuesday Green Drink – Super Boost!

2 handful mixed greens (kale & collard greens)

1/2 banana

1/4 cup pineapple

1/4 cup cantaloupe

1/4 cup strawberries

1/4 cup blackberries

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1/8 cup raw cashews

1/8 cup flaxseed

Blend until smooth and enjoy!

    Josie, If you keep this up you will live 10,000 years. I’m curious if these green drinks have an effect on digestion such as…do they get the train out of the station on a regular schedule. I’m asking for a friend. My train departs through a different tunnel. Claudia
