A Big Event for The Roed to Good Cooking

Hello Blog Family and Friends.

Over the last 4 months, I have been crazy busy and I bet you’re wondering why right?   Here’s why ~ I’m getting ready for the Las Vegas City of Lights Jazz & R and B Festival, April 16th – 17th. This year, The Roed to Good Cooking will be a food vendor at the jazz festival. I will be the only food vendor allowed to sell Fried Chicken Wings!  I give all Thanks and Glory to GOD for this opportunity because I make some killer chicken wings! I am so thankful for all the people who are helping me with this project. Here are a few photos of my cooking crew, booth signs and a few of our wings tasting production meetings. Over the last couple of months of messing around with different wings recipes, I finally developed a killer-finger-licking-good  recipe.  My cooking crew had the hard task of tasting all my delicious chicken wings recipes lol…..and they loved every recipe!

Me and part of my cooking crew ~ Sous Chef Lesley (left) and Sous Chef Peggy (right) modeling their new chef jackets……  Love these girlies!

There are two more ladies on my cooking crew; Sous Chef Maria and Sous Chef Linda they were not available when I scheduled this meeting.
