Feel Like Some Great Jazz and R & B? Join Me……

I have been super busy getting ready for a major food event coming up the end of April. I can’t wait to spend two fun days, filled with AMAZING music with a few thousand of my closest “foodie friends” on April 29th – 30th.  The Roed to Good Cooking was invited to be a food vendor at the Las Vegas City of Lights Jazz and R & B Festival last year.  I must say it was a lot of work.  It took me a full week to recuperate lol.  On the brighter side, I had an awesome group of people that helped me last year.  I could not have done it without them; Brittney, Maria, Lesley, Matt & Karen (and their girls), Peggy, Larry, Linda, Regina, Jon, Gloria & Booker, Evelyn, Elaine & Pat (my neighbors that watched my Sophie for 2 days!)  Looking forward to some fun in the sun……..and some great JAZZ!

Good luck with the Jazz Festival this year. What’s on the menu? And what’s trail bologna? I’ll have to watch the youtube when I back to wifi and off my phone data.

Fine tuning my menu now so I will let you know SOON lol. Trail Bologna is the best sausage ever. It’s very tasty with just the right amount of spice with a dash of heat. Super good with my Smoked Cheese. unlike that store bought “mystery meat” bologna, this Trail Bologna will satisfy ALL of your taste buds. I will save you a roll.
